Returns & Exchanges

At Shop Geocaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for confirmation of the return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
